In 2024 Steve Purdum, long-time owner of Camp Mishawaka, worked with a group of dedicated alumni to transition Mishawaka to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This move was made to preserve and protect the history, tradition and facilities of Camp Mishawaka for future generations of campers.
Charitable donations support scholarships for campers who would not otherwise be able to attend, as well as program and capital improvements. Gifts to Camp Mishawaka Inc, are tax deductible as allowed by law and your particular situation.
